We Are On Indigenous Land
We recognize we gather on stolen land. This is the ancestral home of the Coast Salish peoples including the Lummi, Nooksack and the Semiahnoo. We repent of the actions of our Euro-American ancestors. We acknowledge the ways we continue to benefit from their conquest and colonization. May we live consciously and respectfully honoring our Coast Salish Neighbors.
Open and Affirming
We are an Open and Affirming Congregation. We welcome and celebrate all people inclusive of their Gender Identity, Gender Expression and Sexual Orientation. The Outrageous Love and Affirming Grace of God is for everyone. No exceptions.
Creation Justice
We are a Green Chalice Congregation. We recognize we are caretakers of this world the Holy One still loves. We intentionally and actively seek to live in harmony with creation, walk softly on the planet, and demonstrate the fullness of God's shalom in all we do.
